Our Trade Booking Site has been designed for ease of use for you the salesperson, trader or dealership. You are able to book work in at a time to suit you and your colleagues. Once a vehicle has booked in on the site, you will receive a booking reference and confirmation. Bookings can be completed on the go using a mobile device or from your desktop at point of sale with a customer. Use of the system will provide you with more accurate completion dates to share with your customers. In addition, you will also receive an email on the morning the vehicle is booked to serve as a reminder to drop the vehicle to us.
Correct use of the system will ensure that we do not have a high number of vehicles on site that we do not have the capacity to start on the same day. We wish to avoid such a situation as this increases our storage and insurance costs and consequently, we know our turnaround times for you become inconsistent and unpredictable. Booking vehicles in advance, will allow us to regulate workflow and staffing levels as appropriate. We will of course be glad to accept vehicles from those who wish not to use the system, but we will be unable to prioritise these bookings as favourably as those who have used the online booking system.
