The booking of slots is to be carried out in good faith and for vehicles which to the best of your knowledge will be available on the booked date of drop off.
If you are going to be unable to meet the date booked for reasons beyond your control, such as a body shop overrunning and vehicle being unavailable, this booking slot must be modified or cleared as soon as you become aware of this, not the morning we are expecting the vehicle to be dropped off.
If the vehicle or wheels are not delivered to us on the correct date and approximate time booked, we are unlikely to be able to refurbish the wheels within the estimated time frame.
Please ensure all information provided is correct, for example, if more wheels are damaged than booked, to keep to deadlines we will only refurbish those identified on the booking site unless you have specified otherwise.
If a locking wheel nut key is missing from a vehicle or found to be in poor condition this will adversely affect the turnaround time as will any damaged or overtightened wheel bolts.
